Mineral Hot Springs
About an hour drive east then north, its totally worth the drive. And you have a choice between two different locations!
Both choices feature tubs that have a unique inlet and all discharge to the drain pipe. No water recycled.
This tub pictured is my favorite as it is a little cooler than the rest, which are plenty warm!

Two locations are multiple tubs and indoor/outdoor and the third, Hot Well Dunes is on BLM land, and is a little further travel, is outside and no extra charge but first come, first served basis and only one tub.
